We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our veterinary clinic. This is a unique opportunity to drive the growth of our practice, implement innovative ideas, and ensure the highest standard of operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, people leadership, a passion for animal care, and a knack for strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of our busy 7-day-a-week veterinary clinic.Manage and lead a team of veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and support staff.Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and enhance service offerings.Introduce new ideas and best practices to improve clinic efficiency and patient care.Maintain financial health of the clinic through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Manage client relations and ensure exceptional customer service.Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies and equipment.Implement and manage clinic marketing and community outreach initiatives.Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in practice management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Passion for animals and commitment to providing excellent veterinary care.What We Offer:
