is seeking a

Project Control Manager

to join our growing team! This position will be performed virtually from the individual's home office working on EST time schedule.

This position requires US Citizenship with a Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.

Role Overview

The Project Control Manager develops and implements standardized project controls to manage budgets, scheduling, and quality between Contracts, Delivery and Finance. Establish controls and operating policies that identify, monitor and mitigate any risk factors that could impact the health of a program. Create standards and methods for procurement, accounting, workflow, contract management, reporting and other program related processes.

Responsibilities

Program Management Office:

Serve as the intersections between Contracts, Delivery (Ops) and Accounting/FinanceOptimize the hand-off and integration of contract employee data across multiple departmentsEnhance visibility and reporting internally within departments and externally to our partners and clientsProvide thought leadership to improve qualify of service and well as SLAs both internally and externally

Contracts/Delivery:

Maintain, prepare and process all contract awards and modificationsFacilitate contract and employee data to contracts, operations, accounting to include pre/post award as well as close-outManage and prepare data needed for the Ops team's quarterly IPRsHelp build out a new contracts dashboard (ideally seeking someone with PROCAS experience)Manage administration, reporting and payments for all contracts (e.g. GSA MAS99, GSA STARS III, T4NG, T4NG2, CIO-SP4, POLARIS, OASIS+, etc.)Manage transition of billable staff from project to project

ccounting/Finance:

Monthly/Quarterly/Annual financial reportingR/AP ProcessingBudgeting, forecasting, and tax planningnalyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial reportsnalyze accounts payable invoicesWork with accounting to closely track revenue and cost burn monthly, including accruals for work not yet invoicedTrack subcontractor purchase orders, invoices and accrualsMonitor Financial burn of contracts and subcontracts to ensure overburn does not occurImprove financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances

Reporting:

SBA ASMPP JV reportingJV Contracts ReportingService Contract reportingInternal business reporting to various departments and executive leadership

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, or other related discipline ( 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)5 + years of experience in project management, controls, reporting and financePrevious experience supporting a fast-growing government contractorExcellent written and oral communication skills.

In addition,

U.S Citizenship

is required.
