Summary
JOB SUMMARY
Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the mission statement and SPIRIT values of BridgingLife. Provides clinical expertise in Hospice and Palliative Care, the Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the hospice Medical Director (or designee), the hospice interdisciplinary group (IDG), palliative care team members and professional colleagues to ensure care provided meets or exceeds established standards of care and service expectations.
REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS
- Required Master's Degree Registered Nurse Practitioner in the state of Maryland through an accredited Nursing program.
- 2-4 years Prior experience with palliative care or geriatric care preferred. Required
- NP - Nurse Practitioner
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Excellent assessment skills and ability to communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
