OverviewThe Cyber Threat Intelligence Exercise Lead will provide direct support to the Plans and Exercise Lead for the Joint Cyber Training Enterprise, one of the largest leading cyber training and operations platforms in the world. The incumbent will support project teams and provide translation and operationalization of CMF input related to specific cyber threats and intelligence packages. The lead will facilitate and identify, characterize, curate, and deliver intelligence products necessary for the development of threat emulation playbooks and associated training malware. This position requires both leadership and management experience, as well as excellent presentational skills.Position location is Annapolis Junction, MD and full time on-site.ResponsibilitiesLead Cyber Threat Intelligence design, planning, and delivery.Provide customer facing support and able to work across all verticals to include: white cell, red cell, exercise control, blue build teams and develop visual products for small to large multi-national cyber exercise Experience working with the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) is a major plusLead will also be responsible to support integration and enable the access of intelligence products by all-source analysis within unclassified and classified ranges. Lead will assist content developers and managers in the configuration and population of intel-related applications (e.g., OpenCTI, VECTR, ATT&CK Navigator). Generation of artifact data (i.e. sensitive files) for hosting on key cyber terrain to meet OPFOR collection and data exfiltration objectives.Overseeing the development, testing, documentation, fielding and support of complex cyber and IT training systems and equipment Ensuring the highest quality of task completion, meeting contractual performance criteria and deliverables in accordance with the contractRequired Experience/QualificationsBachelor's degree required in intelligence, information systems, English, or related management and advanced degree/studies preferred, or completion of a military technical training school such as CTIA, FORGE, DoD red team, or exploit analyst5 years of Department of Defense leadership experience can be substituted for degree.A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex, projects and programs for the federal government.Excellent written and oral communication skillsDidactic public speakerAbility to build basic to intermediate graphics to illustrate intent and brief to general officer levelSome experience staffing and managing teams that include both workforce on-site and remoteSome experience with organizing and coordinating the planning and production of client deliveries.Experience with applying quality assurance measures to improve contract performance.Some experience with Agile based development approaches Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. Ability to establish an effective working relationship with senior-level customers, technical staff, managers and peers.
