Job description
Our client, a leading Distribution facility, is seeking a CSR to join their team. As a part time Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the success of this company. The ideal candidate will have reliability, experience in a CSR role, and great computer and communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Part time CSR
Location: Mountville, PA
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Shift: 5 hrs per day Mon-Fri between 7am-3:3pm- Temporary assignment running through September 2024
What s the Job?
This is a part time temporary CSR role in which you will be working in an office setting and performing clerical duties for a distribution warehouse facility.
What s Needed?
- Responds to all customer inquiries and complaints concerning work-orders, shipments, inventory counts, etc.
Acts as liaison between customer and warehouse for account administration, customer, and office.
Generates all paperwork/information required for customer work orders including checking on special requests, expediting orders where necessary, tracking orders and post inventory records. Data entry.
Provides clerical support including all paperwork associated with orders, maintaining corresponding files, answering phones, operating office equipment/computers needed to perform duties, greeting visitors
Follow attendance policy, show up for work on time and ready to work assigned shift. Perform other duties as required and assigned.
