Architectural design of residential, commercial, private, public and government projects Design, detail, and permit construction documents Heavy production position Required: Revit Proficiency 1 year of Architectural Residential draft/design experience Basic understanding of construction and detailing Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred: Associates / Bachelors in Architecture or equivalent amount of relevant work experience Residential Design experience Sponsorship: No Pay range: $24/hour - $26/hour ($50,000 - $54,000 annual salary) Term of assignment: 6 months temp to perm Pay method when direct: Hourly Location of job: Fairfax, VA Hours and shift: Monday - Friday 9 AM 6 PM Work from home/remote: No Overtime expected: Possible Travel: No Work attire: Business Casual Does the client require a background check/drug test?
