Operate with integrity and a safety and service-centric mindset Ensure the daily performance of Forwards PU&D vendors meets company expectations Ensure vendor and terminal understanding and accountability to meet Key Performance measures: On-time service performance Proof-of-service data within 30 minutes of service completion Proof-of-Delivery images are made visible to customers by the following morning Vendor invoicing is performed systematically within contractual guidelines Ensure accessorial charges are denied or applied with proper judgement, documentation, accuracy and professionalism Operate and oversee the PU&D assignment in a way that avoids claims Professional communication Perform basic math, typing, computer literacy and utilize multiple software applications Initial search for lost freight Use effective organization and multitasking skills to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment Contribute favorably to the team culture of teamwork, proactivity, urgency, and ...Logistics Coordinator, Logistics, Coordinator, Airline, Transportation, Skills
