Job description
Use Bird s mobile technology to identify operating areas requiring attention. - Inspect respective service areas and identify vehicles which need to be repositioned, retrieved or repaired. - Operate e-scooters to attend to operating areas requiring attention & utilize provided toolkits to address minor repairs on the Bird vehicles. - Respond to management requests to attend to specific vehicles within tight time frames. - Coordinate with the local Bird operations team to ensure scooters are distributed throughout the city in the right place at the right time for riders. - Collecting and rebalancing scooters gathered at popular destination points or scooters that are improperly parked. - Other responsibilities include maintaining fleet cleanliness and optimal placement, distribution of scooters, simple field repairs & diagnostics (turn signals, lights, etc.). - Be a brand ambassador and positively exhibit/share safe riding practices with the community.
