The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a variety of fast-paced commercial interiors projects ranging from $500k - $20M+. This individual will also be responsible for managing/mentoring more junior staff.

Description

The Senior Project Manager - Commercial/Multifamily Interiors - D.C. will be responsible for:

  • Oversee all facets of commercial interiors projects ranging from $500k - $20M+
  • Develop and review project plans & schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Effectively communicate project details and updates
  • Work in collaboration with estimators/preconstruction
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with project team, internal staff, contractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Manage change order process
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to subordinate Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Subcontractors.
  • Manage/mentor more junior staff members

Profile

The Senior Project Manager - Commercial/Multifamily Interiors - D.C. will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • +/- 10-15 years of industry experience, ideally closer to 15 years of experience
  • Must have extensive commercial interiors experience. Project values can range from $500k - $20M+
  • Experience managing junior staff members and a proven history of good mentorship
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of client satisfaction
  • OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR Certifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and Bluebeam
