What will your role be?

The IT Governance and Quality Project Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective IT governance frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Your role may involve developing and implementing quality management processes, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and updating project schedules and budgeting and forecasting.


Activities:

  • Provide overall support to Project/Program Managers
  • Provide overall administrative and general support to users on Planview PPM Pro, and Develop Dashboard
  • Develop and implement IT governance frameworks to align with organizational goals
  • Establish and maintain quality management processes for IT Principles systems and services
  • Manage project schedule including working within budget
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to enhance overall IT security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT processes and workflows
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall IT performance and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey governance and quality-related updates
  • Provide leadership in promoting a culture of quality and compliance within the IT department


What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Administrator in Planview PPM Pro
  • Received the PPM Pro Admin training from PlanView
  • 3+ years of related Information Technology expertise
  • Provide end-to-end project management
  • Able to work closely and effectively with all levels of business
  • Advanced level in applications (e.g. Google Suite)

Experience in training various resource levels

  • Ability to develop metrics and dashboards
  • Experience with PM methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall or Scrum)
