Do you have a true passion for helping the underserved? If so, we are currently looking for dedicated LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCs to join our organization as active members of our behavioral health program. We provide behavioral health therapy and counseling to children and families, incorporating best practices to address their mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to assess and treat mental health disorders, emotional problems, and behavioral issues.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure coordinated care for clients.
  • Continuously assess and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Adhere to ethical principles, professional standards, and legal guidelines related to mental health practice.
  • Provide timely documentation of client's progress and diagnostic information in their medical records.

Qualifications:
  • A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure or certification as an LMFT, LCSW, or L-PC in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and electronic medical record systems.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuing education.

Preferred Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years working with children and families.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based best practices, trauma-informed therapy, and client-centered treatment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred.
