A private Rehabilitation practice owned by physical therapists offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy in clinical settings. We also provide contract services to hospitals, schools, nursing homes, home health agencies, and developmental disability facilities providing care to local communities for more than 20 years.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team. The role involves working in Acute Care and/or Home Health settings, performing evaluations, treatments, discharges, and overseeing Occupational Therapy Assistants. The OT will develop and implement care plans aimed at restoring maximum function due to injury, disease, or physical disability, coordinating with assistants to ensure patients achieve their highest possible level of function.

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Licensed by the State of Ohio OTPTAT Board or in the process of obtaining licensure
