Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Sr. Manager - Process Engineer (Hybrid) job opportunity located in McLean, VA 22102 zip code.Shift: Mon - Fri 1st shift (Mon & Fri Remote & Tues - Thurs in office)Pay Rate: $ 59.38/HRLength: 10+ monthsThe Sr. Manager, Process Engineer will partner with various business areas to document and streamline current processes and to design new processes as needed as part of our program to modernize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Process design and streamlining will focus not only on effectiveness and efficiency but also on governance, controls, and monitoring. Many of the processes to be built or streamlined involve significant technology interactions and cut across organizational boundaries.Responsibilities:Document processes using tools such as swim lane process maps, critical-to-quality trees, performance metrics, control plans, RACI roles/responsibilitiesPartner with business and technology areas to design or redesign and implement new processes that support our ERP activitiesEvaluate ERP processes from a risk management perspective, as applied to and impacting business processes, including General Ledger, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Travel and Expense, and related activities.Lead and/ or manage business and risk teams to identify process improvements, develop effective controls, managed defects and implement sustainable, well-managed processesKeep abreast of financial industry laws and regulations and provide expertise in consulting with a diverse group of business leadersRequirements:Bachelor's degreeAt least 2 years of experience in process management, improvement, or designAt least 2 years of experience in project managementAt least 2 years of experience in risk management (compliance, legal, audit, business risk office, credit risk management, or finance)Process excellence certifications (lean, business process management, six sigma green belt or black belt)Experience in process design relative to large, complex projects that cut across organizational boundaries and include both technology and business aspectsStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExperience defining, measuring, and improving Financial processes, especially those supporting accounting, capital markets and other financial functionsAbility to work independently; flexible to change in a fast-paced environment that requires the balancing of competing prioritiesApply Today to be considered for this Buyer Purchasing Agent job and any other positions with Adecco.Pay Details: $59.38 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
