Your Job

Join our dynamic team at GP PRO as an Associate Marketing Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing sales enablement and marketing strategies that bolster GP PRO's market presence, ignite customer demand, and drive revenue growth with our distribution partners and end-user customers. We are on the lookout for an ambitious and proactive individual who will shape customer-focused digital strategies, programs, and sales-enablement initiatives, fostering deeper engagement throughout the sales cycle and customer journey.

What You Will Do

  • Chart the course and execute a sales enablement strategy that arms the sales team with necessary marketing content and resources. This includes developing sales marketing resources for segment insights, category and customer marketing and lead generation. Ensure these resources are easily accessible, are in sync with our company objectives and nurture collaborative efforts across sales, marketing, and category teams.
  • Craft insightful creative briefs working with our in-house agency to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive omni-channel marketing activation analysis, deriving engagement insights and formulating actionable recommendations to boost performance.
  • Assist in pioneering digital marketing and lead-generation experiments, helping monitor and analyze outcomes against expectations to inform future strategic planning.
  • Utilize prioritization frameworks to concentrate on impact-centric tasks while actively seeking mentorship to further professional growth.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Entry level to 2 years' experience of B2B marketing or sales experience
  • Understanding of marketing funnel engagement strategies and tactics
  • Experience in applying frameworks to develop and deploy communication resources
  • Ability to analyze marketing activation data and distill insights that inform strategic decisions
  • Experience contributing to process optimization and enhancing productivity
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience in using digital marketing platforms to execute and measure campaigns
  • Knowledge of B2B industries including Healthcare, Foodservice, Industrial, Office, High Traffic, Hospitality, Lodging, Government, Retail, or JanSan.
  • Experience analyzing market trends and data and develop segment insights to inform market point of view development.

For this role we anticipate paying $60,000 - $80,000/year
