**Join Our Team as a Finance Manager in Washington DC!**

**Finance Manager (Healthcare/ Regulated)**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Finance Manager to join our health team in Washington DC!

**Position Details:**

+ **Work Hours:** Monday-Friday, with two schedule options:

+ 8:00am-4:00pm

+ 9:00am-5:00pm

+ **Hybrid Role:** Flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays; required in-office presence on Tuesday-Thursday.

+ **Salary:** $115,000 - $145,000 annually

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Manage, train, invest in, and develop the staff accountant.

+ Oversee and optimize the monthly financial close process and related business activities.

+ Prepare segment and consolidated financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annual) and provide actionable insights.

+ Manage tax compliance and correspondence with taxing authorities.

+ Support monthly payroll and maintain organized records; prepare and submit corporate tax and monthly statutory payments.

+ Implement commercial ERP systems to maximize operational efficiencies.

+ Supervise and assist with annual external audits and third-party audits.

+ Develop a comprehensive internal control environment to mitigate risk.

+ Manage complex accounting items, including Revenue Recognition, Lease Accounting, Intercompany, and Taxes.

+ Provide treasury and cash management support.

+ Lead and support budget preparation.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or an equivalent degree with a record of strong academic achievement. CPA or other advanced degrees are highly preferred.

+ Minimum of four (4) years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance/controllership, preferably in a healthcare setting or regulated industry.
