Assist in strategically maximizing store sales, achieving store sales goals and monitor sales progress & results against key targets. Help foster a consumer centric mindset and model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers. Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates and the in-store experience. Help coach and lead a team to exceed sales results. Ensure that the store team is engaging with each customer to create an authentic brand experience and assist with visual merchandising standards within the store.
