The Program Manager is the senior contract company representative on site and must represent the company and the Government professionally. The Program Manager receives mission guidance from the Government for execution. The Program Manager manages personnel issues, tracks work hours, and maintains accountability, quality, and efficiency standards of productivity for Contractor personnel.More About the Role:The Program Manager is responsible for: Monitoring contractor linguist performance and productivity. Maintaining accountability of contract personnel.Coordinating with the Government staff to ensure the required contractoremployee coverage to accomplish the mission. Informing Government staff of personnel issues adversely affecting performance. Providing a motivating environment; resolving conflicts quickly and professionally.Maintaining and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs);Indoctrinating incoming Program personnel into organization, to include in processing and orientation briefings. Maintaining and providing the government with personnel rosters. Ensuring that all contractor personnel supporting the program are up to date on training and credentials related to the program mission. Ensuring the work performed on the contract meets required standards and is in accordance with this PWS and Organization SOPs.You ll Bring These Qualifications:The PM shall be cleared Top Secret/SCI. The PM shall have a professional degree and/or certification in program management such as PMP, DAIWA Level III or MS Degree in Management. The PM shall also have seven years previous experience in the supervision of contract personnel and contract performance, and at least three yearsmanaging document and media exploitation operations.
