Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee all aspects of conferences, trade shows, and internal marketing campaigns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, booth setups, and coordination with vendors for both internal and external events.
• Collect and organize contact information from events into a comprehensive database.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including content creation for internal communications such as newsletters and meetings, as well as writing, editing, and distributing content.
• Provide support to the marketing and design teams on various projects as needed.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B corporate event planning and marketing.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning and marketing events within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in copywriting and editing to effectively convey marketing messages.
• In-depth knowledge of event planning, marketing, activation, and production.
• Proven track record in managing participation at trade shows and conferences.
