We seek an Associate Clinical Director (LPCC, LISW, Ph.D, PsyD) for full-time positions at our Dennison Ave location.

Compensation:

* The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

* Must have an active LPCC, LISW, Ph.D, or PsyD licensure

* Managing therapist's caseloads

* Interviewing new therapists

* On-boarding new therapists

* Liaison for the therapists with HR

* Lead communications with therapists related to new policies and procedures

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

* Experience working with a diverse population

* Experience providing couple's therapy

* Experience working with children and adolescents

* Understand and embody the spirit of diversity and inclusion

* Excellent clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
