Job Title: Government Contracts Associate Attorney Junior

Position has Partnership Track

Location: Washington, DC

Salary: $235,000 - $310,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Environment: Hybrid 2 days onsite / 3 days WFH

Licensed and good standing in District of Columbia

Billable hour requirement: 1,850 Client Billable Hours 150 can be pro bono, business development, or Diversity and Inclusion work.


This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits.

Required:

  • Excellent academic credentials are required, and federal clerkship experience is preferred.

  • 23 years of government contracts experience. This can include experience in handling bid protests, claims, disputes, and related litigation. It also can include federal procurement counseling experience in various areas including GSA Schedule, National Security, ITAR, or Cybersecurity issues.
  • The candidate can be either at a law firm or in a government position.
