**The Role**

The Technical Projects Coordinator is responsible for management of Lumen Technologies Government Solutions Inc. (LTGSI) company fleet vehicles, test equipment and tools.

**The Main Responsibilities**

+ Primary point of contact for LTGSI fleet vehicles, tools & test equipment

+ Routinely track current inventory of all LTGSI tools and test equipment

+ Coordinate and track the timely repair and/or calibration of all test equipment and tools

+ Issue and receive returns of tools and test equipment to LTGSI staff based on current policy

+ Support Engineering, Project Management and Logistics Management as requested (e.g. shipping of equipment & tools).

+ Place orders as requested for overhead expense items SAP and/or corporate credit card account as applicable; proactively keep requestor informed of order status.

+ Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, including regularly scheduled maintenance at repair shops (e.g., oil changes) as well as annual state safety and emissions testing and licensing requirements.

+ Assign fleet vehicles to LTGSI team members based on current policy and track use of pooled vehicles

+ Process the retirement and salvage of vehicles deemed eligible

+ Verify each driver has taken required LTGSI training/refreshers

+ Annual review of existing procedures/processes. Update and create new procedures/processes as needed.

**Skills**

+ Strong people skills and able to work in a group/team environment

+ Good written and verbal skills required to gather/relay information

+ Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

+ Must be able to lift 35lbs. and spend limited time in all weather conditions

**Education and Experience:**

+ At least two years relevant work experience

+ Proficient level of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word)

+ Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record

**Security Requirements:**

+ US Citizenship required

+ Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information (applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation)

**Compensation**

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

**Location Based Pay Ranges**

**$62700 - $83600** in these states: VA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
