Come join our team of patient focused outpatient rehabilitation professionals Inova Physical Therapy Center located in Vienna Va. as a Rehab Technician.
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Rehab Tech to join our team of dedicated rehabilitation professionals in our Inova Physical Therapy Center in Vienna, VA.
Our clinic hours are 7a-7p M-Th, Fri/Sat 7a-4p.
We offer a 1:1 patient treatment model, a formal mentorship program a commitment to continuing education and personal growth. We also offer student loan assistance along with a comprehensive benefits package, career advancement and competitive compensation.
The Rehabilitation Technician adheres to facility policy in the maintenance of treatment areas, equipment, and supplies. Assists with the provision of treatment under the guidance/direction of a Therapist while demonstrating essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities. Communicates effectively via written and verbal communication with patients, families, medical staff, healthcare team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains a clean, safe and orderly treatment area and Maintains equipment upkeep and inventory.
- Maintains supplies at the appropriate par levels and in established timeframes at the direction of the supervisor.
- Assists with the provision of treatment under the guidance/direction of a Therapist.
- Effectively prepares and arranges supplies for the treatment of patients.
- Adheres to the established guidelines for patient care by the treating Therapist.
- Utilizes precautions for safety during the provision of services.
- Contacts Therapists if there are any changes in patients' conditions or changes in responses to treatments.
