Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

? Deliver a strong genuine customer experience that will allow the customer to confidently recommend T-Mobile to their friends and family.

? Coach associates in building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.

? Provide Retail Store Manager with feedback and solutions to improve customer service and sales results

? Ability to handle multiple priorities and customers.

? Know and use the store systems to support the Customer Experience

? Utilize tools and resources to grow internal talent to the next level. Build skills and successes through continued coaching and performance assessment conversations. Maintain appropriate documentation of Performance Improvement Plan for Human Resources.

? Maintain a neat clean organized store environment at all times.

? Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology. Ensure that sales associates are up to speed on new products and offerings and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them.

? Meet or exceed sales goals for the store

? Attend and Participate in all conference calls, webinars, trainings and meetings as instructed by your Management Team

? Retail Associate Managers are full time employees

? Retail Associate Managers are required to Floor Coach

? Retail Associate Managers are encouraged to work shifts opposite the Retail Store Manager when possible
