Our client is a specialty contractor that focuses on masonry and concrete projects within the historic industry. They are looking for someone who is savvy and is very organized.
Job Requirements

• Handles 30+ projects at one time
• Manages all company Superintendents
• Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations
• Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas
• Manages field personnel
• Manages company equipment
• Walks job sites
• Reports back on the daily progress of the project
• 15 years of experience in Operations within a specialty contracting field
