Overview:

Bowhead seeks a Senior INFOSEC Engineer to support the Project Director Sensors-Aerial Intelligence (PD SAI) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Coordinate and participate in technical interchange meetings, configuration control boards and accreditation working groups with organizations such as PMs, SOCOM, INSCOM, PEO- IEW&S
Support cybersecurity and system engineering test events
Track IAVA, FISMA, Auditing and other cybersecurity requirements through NSA and Army reporting
systems
Process cybersecurity documentation through XACTA/eMASS to support the accreditation of Army ISR
aircraft and supporting systems
Advise PM SAI on current cybersecurity requirements for fielded and prototype systems
Provide technical guidance focused on information security architecture
Support lab and development environment accreditations and functional cybersecurity duties
Tracking Command Cyber Readiness Inspection requirements for fielded systems

Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or closely related field
Requires 7+ years of Cybersecurity related experience
IAT Level II Baseline Certification
Trained and experienced in eMASS(SIPR), including active SIPR and eMASS accounts
Trained and experienced in Xacta (NSANet), including active NSANet SID and Xacta accounts
Knowledge and experience with DoD 8510.01, ICD 503, NIST publication series (Series 800-53, 53A, 37 etc), CNSS 1253, NSA/CSSM 130-1, AR 380-5, AR 25-2, ICD 705 as well as other applicable policies
Direct applicable knowledge and experience in DoD AISR systems. (Army Experience preferred)
Direct applicable knowledge of DoD intel CONOPs, PED processes, and collection tools (Army Experience
preferred)
Direct working experience with SIGINT (COMINT & ELINT) and GeoINT collection systems and data flows
through the PED architecture

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Requires an active DoD Top Secret SCI Clearance with CI Poly. US Citizenship is a requirement for TS/SCI clearance at this location.

Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
