Your Role as a Clinical Program Director:
- Manage Change - You will effectively lead change, shift gears as neeeded, and successully lead your staff through times of uncertainty and/or development.

- Clinical Licensure LCSW licensure is strongly preferred for this position - LCPC / LMFT will also be considered.
- All direct care staff must be CPR certified prior to beginning employment
- Substance Abuse Experience: Previous experience in substance abuse treatment is essential. If you've worked in detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings.
- Clinical Expertise: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience.
- Ideal Candidate has 2-5 years supervisory experience.
