Position: Outpatient Clinical Program Director (LCSW preferred)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 Annual Salary

Job Type: Full Time

Your Role as a Clinical Program Director:
  • Manage Change - You will effectively lead change, shift gears as neeeded, and successully lead your staff through times of uncertainty and/or development.
  • Strategic Ability - You will steer the director of your team in alignment with the organization's stragety. You will champion a vision, empower others to self-organize, implement tactics, and adapt to ensure desired results.
  • Interpersonal Leadership - You will build relationships at all levels of the organization.This role will require you to negotiate skillfully in tough situations, view differences as an opportunity for greater collaboration, and will require you to have a high degree of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • People Development - You will identify and articulate people's strengths and limitations and develop future leaders. Through this you will provide a safe environment for team members to make mistakes and learn from them.
  • Performance Improvement - You will foster and practice a culture of continuous improvement to enable and elevate performance of yourself and teams. You will model embracing challenges and remaining resourcelful.
  • Business Acumen - You will work learn and know how our business works, recognizing the bigger picture, interdepartmental nuances, and work to remain knowledgeable of current and future trends and technology affecting our field and work.
Qualifications:
  • Clinical Licensure LCSW licensure is strongly preferred for this position - LCPC / LMFT will also be considered.
  • All direct care staff must be CPR certified prior to beginning employment
  • Substance Abuse Experience: Previous experience in substance abuse treatment is essential. If you've worked in detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings.
  • Clinical Expertise: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience.
  • Ideal Candidate has 2-5 years supervisory experience.
