Job Title: MRI Technologist
Job Description
As an MRI Technologist, you will perform a full range of MR (Magnetic Resonance) exams in accordance with established protocols. This includes conducting MRI imaging procedures on all patient types, adhering to safety policies, and effectively using scanners. You will be responsible for venipuncture, injecting contrast media, and non-narcotic medication to aid in diagnostic imaging. Additionally, you will coordinate patient flow to maximize productivity and minimize waiting times, while ensuring exam rooms are prepared. You will also report initial impressions to the Radiologist and review images before releasing the patient.

This is a fully on-site position in Washington, District of Columbia.
Work Environment
This role is set in a hospital environment with various shifts available. Shifts include Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:30am, Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm, and weekend roles from Friday-Sunday with 12-hour shifts. Compensation varies with shift differential and includes parking.
