Position: Accounting/Payroll Associate
Location: Vienna, VA
Hourly Rate: $28-$35

The trust-worthy individual will assist with administrative and clerical duties to include payroll, data entry, processing and recording transactions, fact-checking, and all other duties as assigned. Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related discipline
- General knowledge of government contracting
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Experience processing multi-state payroll
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with semi-monthly payroll processing including adjustments, preparation of payroll accruals, and reconciliation W2 data to ensure compliance.
- Expense report processing
- Cash receipt processing
- Credit card reconciliation
- Filing vendor and contract documents
- Preparation for outside audits
- Assist with client billing
