Essential Duties and Responsibilities
U.S Citizenship is required for this specific opportunity. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support other project team members.
- Perform analytical tasks designed to collect and analyze information.
- Respond to all routine inquiries from the user community within two (2) business days.
- Review requests and associated data.
- Perform any needed data updates.
- Respond to the requestor based on how the request was received.
- Follow a predefined procedure to verify and validate identity data as requests are received through the Program Office.
- Assist in the preparation of the HC IdM Detailed Metrics Report and a monthly HC IdM Contract Workload Metrics Report.
- An ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Service Now/yourIT ticket.
- Experience with IdM Toolkit software.
