Job description
As Systems Integrator, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that meet the business needs of an organization. This position involves a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and IT professionals, to understand requirements, assess existing systems, and develop scalable and efficient solutions.

What you'll do:
- Oversee solution design activities for large projects and third-party vendors.
- Translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements and documentation.
- Propose enhancements to existing systems and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide consulting as well as design and development support to team members to ensure the project or product is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.
- Influence decision-making at various levels of the organization.
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years proven experience as a Systems Integrator or a similar role.
- Possess leadership skills to guide and mentor development teams.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of middleware and integration technologies.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and integrating solutions using a variety of technologies and platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in software development using multiple programming languages and frameworks.
