Job Duties and expected results include:
  • Answering busy phones, immediately handling customer requests, handling inbound sales calls, and explaining and selling services over the phone.
  • Scheduling services and routing Service professionals, optimize routes, maximize the number of stops run per day and minimize fuel expense.
  • Handling emailed scheduling changes from Service Professionals.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am-6 to 6 p.m. Compensation includes the opportunity to earn sales commission and bonuses. Compensation is based on prior experience.

Requirements
  • Must fit our culture and have mutual core values
  • High school or equivalent
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking, handling multiple phone lines, and being proficient on a computer.
  • Must have a good sense of direction and know the DMV geography
Those with the following qualifications are preferred:
  • Prior routing/scheduling experience with a service company
  • Dispatching experience
  • Must have customer service experience
