Job Duties and expected results include:
Our benefits include 100 percent company-paid health insurance, Dental, Vision, short- & Long-Term Disability, along with other ancillary insurance, 401(k) with a company match, paid holidays, paid PTO, and paid gym membership to help our team be healthy.
Full-time and part-time positions are available. Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am-6 to 6 p.m. Compensation includes the opportunity to earn sales commission and bonuses. Compensation is based on prior experience.

- Answering busy phones, immediately handling customer requests, handling inbound sales calls, and explaining and selling services over the phone.
- Scheduling services and routing Service professionals, optimize routes, maximize the number of stops run per day and minimize fuel expense.
- Handling emailed scheduling changes from Service Professionals.

Requirements
- Must fit our culture and have mutual core values
- High school or equivalent
- Must have customer service experience
- Must be capable of multi-tasking, handling multiple phone lines, and being proficient on a computer.
- Must have a good sense of direction and know the DMV geography
- Prior routing/scheduling experience with a service company
- Dispatching experience
- Must have customer service experience
