POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for variouskitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish and pot washing, generalkitchen cleaning, and the storing of food and non-food supplies. Assist with food preparation and plating whennecessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsibleforest-up and maintenance of dish and pot washing areas
- Responsible forcleaning and storing all pots, dishes, and utensils
- Clean productionequipment as needed or directed by supervisor
- Remove rubbishfrom building on a regular basis
- Maintain orexceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards
- Follow daily andweekly cleaning schedules
- Practice allsafety and loss prevention procedures
- Attend allin-services as required
- Perform all otherreasonable tasks assigned by your supervisor
