Job description

We are seeking a versatile individual with exceptional communication skills and proven leadership experience to join our team as a Practice Manager. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and committed to excellence and should thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and excel at managing multiple priorities. The Practice Manager must maintain a composed and reassuring presence for both patients and staff. This full-time position is based in our clinic.

Our ideal candidate will approach this role as if managing their own small business, adept at navigating competing priorities while maintaining a calm and reassuring demeanor for patients and employees alike.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage day-to-day operations of a multi provider cosmetic surgery practice, overseeing both medical and non-medical staff.

Implement and uphold center operations in alignment with our values, policies, and procedures.

Lead recruitment, training, and coaching efforts.

Optimize scheduling and practice flow to enhance the patient experience.

Supervise daily center operations, including staff scheduling, reconciliation, and ensuring operational compliance.

Ensure legal and accreditation compliance according to federal, state, and local regulations

Support and enforce policies related to patient safety, quality improvement, and infection control.

Oversee administrative and facility functions, including mail processing, maintenance coordination, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Provide operational guidance, support, and training to all practice staff members, including front office staff, medical staff, and internal sales teams.

Serve as a cultural role model within the practice and address any employee relations issues.

Collaborate with physicians / providers to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in plastic surgery or a medical spa setting.

Bachelor's or MBA degree preferred.

Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.

Self-directed with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
