Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics or a related technical field
At least 5 years of relative Generative AI experience
Knowledge of Azure cloud services, including :
OpenAI, ML/AI Studio, App Services, AI Search, CosmosDB, and ADLS.
Experience with creating training curriculums and experiments for SOTA Computer Vision and LLM models.
Experience evaluating multiple model responses and generate model metrics through inference scripts in an automated fashion in cloud.
Familiarity with various Vector and NoSQL Databases in cloud for storing image, audio, video, text unstructured data
Familiarity with generative AI algorithms and their strengths and weaknesses.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with Docker/containerization and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) using tools like Azure DevOps and git.
Understanding of Generating AI:
LLMOps (Low-Level Model Operations), implementing RAG Pattern, Model and RAG evaluations/metrics
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with Bicep/Terraform IaC (Infrastructure as Code).

A proven track record of transitioning projects from conceptual stages to production deployment is essential.
Experience within an enterprise IT environment is required, ensuring that the solutions developed are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
Day to Day:
Key responsibilities associated with this position:
Designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models that can produce new content (text, audio, image, video) based on existing data.
Tuning and refining existing generative AI models to enhance performance, adapt to new data, or meet project requirements.
Integrating AI models into existing systems or creating new systems around the models.
Implementing multimodal AI solutions that integrate text, image, audio, and video data.
Designing and deploying autonomous AI agents capable of complex tasks without direct human intervention.
Integrating machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing technologies to enhance agent capabilities.
Automating routine tasks and optimizing business processes by deploying agents using open-source frameworks.
Evaluating various LLM (Language Model) responses over ground truth datasets and user interactions for retrieval-augmented generation models and customer personalization applications
Education: Bachelors Degree
