About the Role:
Gen3 seeks a talented Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in supporting our clients' financial analysis and internal control efforts. You will work closely with our team to analyze financial data, identify trends and risks, and develop strategies to improve financial performance and control systems.

Location: Remote, US.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations.
  • Support the development and implementation of internal controls.
  • Stay up to date on relevant financial regulations and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on financial matters.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in internal controls and federal financial management.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial management expertise.
What's Desired to Have:
  • Previous experience supporting federal or state agencies, Department of Labor (DOL), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), Office of Personnel Management (OPM)is highly desired.
  • CFA or CPA certification.
