The LobbiBar Manager is responsible for assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in the LobbiBar and assist in F&B Outlets while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. The manager would be responsible for the Beverage program and ensure Hyatt Brand Standards are met and a service enthusiast . This person is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant, Room Service, and Lounge sales revenues to exceed budget. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.

Previous bar/restaurant experience preferred.
