The selected candidate:
- Will show drive and interest in learning new systems, applications, technologies and business processes
- Will complete technical development assignments independently with minimal supervision.
- Will provide technical and consultative support on complex technical matters
- Will troubleshoot and debug existing legacy application software source code
- Associates/2-year certification (Bachelor's preferred) in a technical field such as Computer Science
- 3+ years in a professional/corpo*** software development role
- Advanced knowledge of Coldfusion web development
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and application databases
- Working knowledge of client scripting such as jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Working knowledge of DevOps concepts and tools (GIT, Jenkins, ADO)
- Working knowledge of application monitoring / logging concepts (Dynatrace, Splunk)
- Exposure to application architecture concepts such as web server configurations (IIS, Apache), Load Balancing (F5, hot/hot, hot/cold), Java Virtual Machines, Identity and Access Management (SSO/SAML/2FA), SSL Certificates, Java Key Stores
- Working knowledge of Java and/or .Net/C# development
- Exposure to enterprise scheduling tools / batch job programming such as Zena
- Experience working in large, highly regulated corpo*** environments (Banking / Financials)
