Our team of trusted advisors help to lead our clients through these challenges, and more while also setting a high bar for our industry as a thought leader within the industry.Overview : The Property and Casualty (P&C) Account Executive plays a vital role in ensuring smooth renewals for all P&C accounts, delivering exceptional service to clients, and contributing to the dynamic operations of our P&C department. In this role, you will actively generate insurance certifications, fulfill service requests promptly, engage with clients over the phone to address inquiries, and take a proactive approach by presenting enhanced coverage options during renewals to enrich our clients' portfolios.This is a full-time, hybrid role reporting to our office in Fairfax, VA.Primary Job Responsibilities :Facilitate the renewal process for all P&C accounts, ensuring timely and accurate completion while maintaining high client satisfaction levels.Assist clients with various service requests, addressing their inquiries promptly and effectively to meet their needs.Create and manage certificates of insurance as required, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and client-specific needs.Identify opportunities to upsell or introduce new lines of coverage during the renewal process to enhance client protection and satisfaction.Managing incoming phone calls, addressing client queries, providing information, and offering support as needed.Generate BOR/Loss reports and conduct training sessions or refreshers for new service team members to ensure cohesive workflow and understanding of the renewal processes.Ensure all P&C accounts are renewed promptly, and payments are processed on time, maintaining clear and timely communication with clients throughout.Requirements :Possess a comprehensive knowledge of personal and commercial lines insurance products, including coverages, policies, procedures, and underwriting principles.Provide empathetic and supportive assistance to clients and employees by being responsive to client needs and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily responsibilities effectively.Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding clients unique needs, and providing customized insurance solutions.Exceptional problem-solving skills, combined with a persistent approach to achieving successful resolutions.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and transparently.Ability to collaborate effectively with in a team environment, sharing insights and contributing to collective success.Proficiency in using software systems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and Microsoft Office Suite.Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and client information.Education and Experience:Required:2 or more years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on account management and policy renewalsVirginia Property and Casualty Insurance LicenseAssociate Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.Preferred:Virginia Life and Health Insurance LicensePrevious experience working in sales at a commercial or personal lines insurance agency.Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.WHY PATRIOT?Patriot offers the opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing company at its inception.
