We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic sales and customer support team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations between our sales, customer care, and logistics departments.Position SummaryThe Sales Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication and coordination among various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline sales processes. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.Deliver outstanding customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for all external parties. As a company representative, uphold a hospitable and clear communication approach.Enter and review sales orders to fulfill customer needs efficiently.Track all machine orders in the internal ERP system from order entry to installation.Interact directly with customers to prepare and issue necessary documents, such as order verification reports, and send tracking information upon machine shipment.Provide additional support to the shipping department as needed.Continuously work on improving processes and documentation.Develop long-term professional relationships with employees, vendors, external representatives, third-party dealers, and customers.Maintain accurate, compliant, and organized paper and electronic business records.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsQualifications/Skills RequirementsExceptional Customer Support skillsIntermediate computer skillsPrevious CRM / ERP working knowledge a plusGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong sense of time organization and urgencyAble to work independently and within a teamEducation, Experience, and Licensing RequirementsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent6 months retail, or customer service experienceExperience in the coffee industry is a plusForklift Certification within 90 days of job entry datePhysical RequirementsCapable of lifting and/or moving objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
