POSITION OVERVIEW
Crossroads is seeking a highly skilled individual to serve as a Court Reporter to support the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response, Center for Industrial Base Expansion and Supply Chain.
Critical Duties and Responsibilities:
-Schedule and host virtual meetings with attorneys to prepare for scheduled depositions.
-Schedule and host in person meetings with attorneys to prepare for scheduled depositions.
-Record all depositions and provide an official verbatim transcript of each deposition, an index of proceedings, and exhibit list.
Requirements:
-Possess a Certified Realtime Court Report (CRR) from the National Court Reporters Association
-Must have 5 years of court reporting experience
-Must have 2 years of experience hosting depositions on audio/visual platforms.
-Must be proficient and skilled in the use of computer aided transcription equipment and software documentation management that require the organization and presentation of deposition exhibits.
