Job description
As a Capture Specialist, you will partner with senior leadership to support priority USAID captures efforts and prepare for winning proposals. To be successful in this role, you will have experience in the USAID business development lifecycle, experience managing capture for large global development projects and strong understanding of USAID proposal requirements. You will be a team member of the Chief Growth Office (CGO) and work closely with the Global Development Group. Core Responsibilities Manage all aspects of opportunity capture management: Manage opportunities, providing strategic and tactical advice and guidance to Capture Directors, senior leadership, and division teams. Lead the capture process ensuring adherence to Abt agreed process and industry best practices Manage the day to day operations of the capture team Make significant contributions to the development and continuous improvement of capture and management processes, tools, and templates.
