We are is looking for a motivated and dynamic Entry-Level Marketing Agent to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, enhance our brand presence, and drive business growth. This role is perfect for someone eager to start their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.50 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Washington, DC

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Help create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Assist in managing and updating the companys website and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent and timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports and providing insights for improvement.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events and trade shows.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, email marketing platforms).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
