Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Conceptualize and create visually compelling graphics for various marketing channels, focusing on flyers, ads, brochures, custom request and more. Includes some digital design for online platforms, websites and more.
- Branding: Ensure consistent branding across all materials, adhering to organizational standards and guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, loan officers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective designs.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools to create high-quality visuals.
- Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from managers and team members to refine designs and meet business goals.
- Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our visual content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in graphic design, preferably in the mortgage or real estate industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Mortgage Knowledge: Understanding of mortgage industry concepts and terminology is required.
