Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and provide technical and economic consulting services to energy asset developers, investor-owned utilities (IOUs), and independent system operators (ISOs)
• Manage client engagements, proposal generation, and project management functions to deliver consulting services
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants
• Support business development and promote consulting services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering (advanced degree is preferred) with experience in power systems analysis
• 4-8+ years of experience providing power systems consulting services for utilities, ISOs, RTOs, transmission developers, and/or renewable generation developers
• Expertise in either transmission or distribution principles with experience using one or more of the following: PSS/E or PSLF, PSCAD / EMTDC, PowerGEM TARA, Aspen OneLiner
• Advanced distribution system analysis experience is an advantage
• Specific expertise in NYISO, ISO-NE, PJM, and/or SPP is an advantage
