The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Division President, the Plant Manager is responsible for the leadership and daily functions of the plant, ensuring production and sales needs are met. You must be a dynamic and driven individual who thrives on creating team synergy and learning from challenges ensuring seamless customer service by optimizing material flow and efficiency. This role is pivotal in shaping plant layout, attracting and developing an industry-leading team, and fostering motivation and growth.

How you will be successful:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in roll forming, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and team management to meet organizational goals effectively
• Proficient in Lean manufacturing principles with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction through streamlined processes and innovative solutions
• Track Record of recruiting, training, and mentoring teams within manufacturing; effective in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Skilled in using data-driven insights and KPIs to inform strategic decisions that optimize productivity and profitability
• Commitment to comprehensive oversight and leadership in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
