Job Summary:

JEGS has immediate openings for experienced Customer Service Associates to work in our Columbus, OH, or our Delaware, OH Call Centers. This role is onsite Monday-Friday 12:30pm EST 9:00 PM EST (30-minute lunch). You will:

Work in an environment that requires the majority of customer interaction to be either verbal (phones) or written form (account notation and email)

Provide a customer service mindset, proficiency in consulting/advising customers, answering inquiries and providing clear and concise information/resolutions, and managing difficult situations with customers

Execute transactions (Orders, order status, tracking shipments with carriers, stock availability, ETA, price matching, customer service credits, detailed account notation, etc.)

• Use verbal communication to help customers with their orders.
• Execute transactions promptly and accurately.
• Multi-task, type while listening, view multiple screens and systems

You have:

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 as well as general computer aptitude
• Upbeat and concise verbal and written customer service skills required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to apply active listening and basic math skills
• Prior experience in AS400/Dell Host a plus
