Average # of patients/day: 5-8
Points per day/week: How are points broken down 30 points per week. Each type of visit and activity (documentation travel etc.) hold a different point value. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day that equate to roughly 6-8 points. Types of Cases: Start of Care Wound Care Follow up Visits etc.
Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience depending on the specialty
