Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Tech Bar Analyst
Position type: Full time (40 hours per week) Contract
Duration: Long term. Initial duration is 12 months, anticipated to run multi year
Location: Columbus Ohio
Job Details:
The Tech Bar is a place to experience the best of in person tech support. A space designed to personalize the technology experience for Banking employees through innovative software demonstrations, learning opportunities, product engagement and concierge tech help services.
- Provide 1-on-1 concierge support to employee for the latest workplace technology.
- Develop and deliver training and awareness sessions to increase employee knowledge of workplace tools leading to increased adoption of Banking products.
- Provide a forum for Product Owners to showcase their products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build an in-depth understanding of the Enterprise Workplace Roadmap, it's operations, processes and tools. Partner with Tech Bar leads on key strategies being formulated i.e. mobile, hardware, collaboration and productivity applications to enhance user experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: 24-27/hr w2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
