Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee the lease-up process for a student housing property, ensuring full occupancy
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants
• Hire, onboard, and manage the on-site leasing and maintenance team
• Maintain excellent tenant relations and ensure a positive living experience for students

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of property management experience in student housing
• Prior experience managing large properties (250+ Units)
• Proven track record in lease-up management and achieving occupancy targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
