The Senior Manager, Change Management and Communications, is a key member of the Business Transformation Office team reporting directly to the Director, Change Management. This role is responsible for creating and executing change management and communications activities and deliverables and executing these tools to support Marriotts various stakeholders, including but not limited to hotel General Managers, hotel associates and above property and continent leaders. The primary focus of the Transformation Office over the next few years is on designing and delivering what is arguably the most complicated change in the companys history. This multi-year effort to transform Marriotts technology and business process ecosystem will enable Marriott to deliver on our vision to become the worlds favorite travel company.
